Service Delivery & Project Timelines
We maintain high service standards and aim to meet or exceed delivery expectations. Each service phase (editing, design, marketing prep, etc.) typically takes 48–72 business hours.
- Phase-Based Delivery: Each segment of your project will be managed and delivered independently.
- Total Timeline: Varies depending on the package and client responsiveness.
- Expedited Services: Available upon request and subject to additional fees.
Example Turnaround:
- Submissions received Monday are typically delivered by Wednesday.
- Submissions received Friday will be delivered by Tuesday.
Revision Policy
We are committed to client satisfaction and offer a flexible revision policy:
- Unlimited Revisions within the scope of the original package/theme
- 48–72 Hour Revision Turnaround
- Out-of-scope requests (major changes to layout, structure, or concept) may incur additional fees
We encourage clients to provide detailed and timely feedback to ensure revisions stay on schedule.
Payment Terms
To begin work, Greenwood Publishing Group Inc requires a full or partial upfront payment depending on your chosen package.
- All payments are non-transferable
- Late or missed payments may delay delivery or cancel the project
- Final ownership rights are granted only upon full payment
Refund Policy
Client satisfaction is our priority, and we have developed a fair and transparent refund structure:
Refund Eligibility
- Full Refund (minus 10% processing fee): If requested before delivery of the initial draft
- 66% Refund (minus 10%): Within 48 hours of receiving the first draft
- 33% Refund (minus 10%): Within 48–120 hours of first draft delivery
- No Refunds: After 120 hours or after revision requests have been made
- Non-Refundable Services: Includes ghostwriting, strategy consulting, marketing campaigns, and research-heavy tasks
Refunds for Personal Cancellations: May be eligible for store credit, not cash refunds.

- Not included: Third-party software support, domain hosting issues, or unrelated platform queries
- Premium support may be available for additional fees
Content Creation & SEO Optimization
If you have purchased writing services from Greenwood Publishing Group Inc you’ll receive:
- SEO-optimized, reader-friendly, and original content
- Tone- and genre-aligned storytelling
- Drafts are delivered in a collaborative process involving brainstorming, outlining, and approvals
Clients not purchasing content services must provide all necessary materials for publishing or design execution.
Limitation of Liability
Greenwood Publishing Group Inc is not responsible for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of business or financial opportunities
- Delays due to client inaction, third-party vendors, or force majeure (e.g, natural disasters)
We make no guarantees regarding commercial success or book deal outcomes unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
